Display Rental Advantages of Obtaining One

If your company works the trade show circuits you are probably already familiar with the benefits that come from trade show exposure with a display rental. Trade shows are a great way to network with other businesses and make your company name stand out. The biggest advantage to shows however is the fact that potential clients are paying to get in and are actively looking for a vendor to buy products from.

With so much potential gain, it only makes sense to utilize your resources and work the circuit efficiently and within your budget needs.

Trying to meet these needs has probably brought up the dilemma -should you buy your display booth or rent it? Both buying and renting have their pros and cons and which one works best for you will depend largely on your company’s needs and budgetary constraints.

Buying your display rental out right of course has its merits, but it also has limitations. If you purchase your own booth it may initially appear to be cost effective. However when you look at the hidden cost to pay for the booth to be hauled to trade shows, set up, dismantled, maintained and stored, the price can quickly add up. Another con is of course the fact that you are now tied into one format design and one size for all your trades. Most businesses grow and evolve and getting stuck with a one size fits all booth, may not be in the best interest of your growing company.

Renting your trade show display on the other hand is a great way to stay current with your design and size needs for every show and every product. If you want a small pop up display booth for one show and a portable panel system with banner stands for a different show it is easier to meet your evolving needs by renting your booth display.

Renting is also more cost effective and time efficient than owning. If you choose to rent, the rental company will set up your booth, dismantle it after the show and store the display for you between shows. The only thing your company will have to be responsible for is your graphic storage. What could be easier or more time efficient than that?

So after you consider the pros and cons of a display rental booth verses buying a booth, make the best decision possible for your company and reap all of the benefits that the trade shows have to offer.

A display rental makes you look more professional and can be the difference between acquiring new clients and not. To learn more about getting one please see the following site: http://www.display-rental.com/default.asp
