I love this post- so true. Oftentimes, at a conference or a presentation, everyone will receive a flash drive with the information on it (powerpoints, docs, etc). Sure, this is better than paper (and “greener’ ?) but it’s a bit more work than CD duplication.
Think of loading files on a 100 flash drives! I guess it’s only ok if you have an intern do it.. and speaking from past intern experience, we would have to do this.
